The Governing Body of Swami Vivekananda Institute of Management plays a vital role in guiding and supervising the overall development and administration of the institute. The main objective of the Governing Body is to ensure that the institution maintains high standards in education, management practices, and institutional growth.

 The college Governing Body  formulates policies, provide strategic direction, and monitor the academic and administrative performance of the institute. It also ensures proper implementation of rules, regulations, and guidelines prescribed by regulatory authorities and the affiliating university.

 Along with other responsibilities  Governing Body also  promotes quality education, ensure transparency and accountability in institutional functioning, and supports initiatives related to infrastructure development, faculty improvement, and student welfare. Through effective governance and visionary leadership, the Governing Body helps the institute achieve its mission of developing competent, ethical, and socially responsible management professionals.
